Welcome to PUBLICAMA SRL, a service providing web design, web development, digital product hosting, and virtual assistance through our Web+ and Curs+ subscription plans. These terms govern your use of our services. By subscribing, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Description of Services
1.1. Web+ Subscription:
- Professional web design and web development tailored to your business needs.
- Hosting services optimized for performance and security.
- Ongoing technical support and website maintenance based on the selected support level.
1.2. Curs+ Subscription:
- Full-service solution for selling online courses, memberships, and digital products.
- Website setup, course and membership platform integration.
- Automated email marketing integration and payment processing setup.
- Technical and strategic support for course creators.
1.3. Virtual Assistance Services:
- Available exclusively for businesses hosted with PUBLICAMA SRL.
- Administrative support, customer service, content updates, and basic tech assistance.
- Customizable based on business needs, with priority given to Complete Package clients.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
2.1. We offer two billing options:
- Annual Subscription: Lower monthly cost, billed once per year.
- Quarterly Subscription: More flexible, billed every three months.
2.2. All fees are charged upfront based on the chosen plan.
2.3. Subscriptions do automatically renew unless the client disables auto-renewal.
2.4. Prices are displayed in EUR (€). Clients are responsible for applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax).
2.5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds do not apply to custom development work, one-time setup fees, or services already rendered.
2.6. Cancellation Policy:
- Clients can cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided after the 14-day period.
- Refund exceptions may apply where required by EU, UK, USA, or Australian consumer protection laws.
3. Support Levels
3.1. We provide three levels of support:
- Basic: Email support, response within 1-3 business days.
- Premium: Email support within 4-5 business hours, plus access to a private Facebook support group.
- Complete: Priority support within 1 hour and one 90-minute private coaching session per month.
4. Changes to Services, Pricing & Terms
4.1. PUBLICAMA SRL reserves the right to modify services, pricing, and terms.
4.2. Clients will be notified 30 days in advance of any major changes.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
5.1. Clients retain full ownership of websites, digital products, and content created for them.
5.2. PUBLICAMA SRL does not claim ownership of any client content but may showcase anonymized case studies unless otherwise requested.
5.3. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or reproduction of PUBLICAMA SRL’s proprietary tools is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1. PUBLICAMA SRL complies with GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and UK/AU Data Protection laws.
6.2. Client data is never sold or shared with third parties without consent.
6.3. Clients may request data deletion at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
7.1. PUBLICAMA SRL provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7.2. We are not liable for financial losses due to hacking, third-party service failures, or client errors.
7.3. Clients must ensure their content complies with local regulations in their country.
8. Disputes, Jurisdiction & Governing Law
8.1. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
8.2. International Clients: Disputes will first be handled amicably. If unresolved, they will be settled under Romanian jurisdiction, unless local consumer laws override this.
8.3. Legal action must be filed within 12 months of the issue arising.
